How to Apply (Homestay Application for Student)

  • When we receive your application, along with your placement and processing fee, we will immediately begin to look for a suitable host family for you. This process may take a few days to two weeks.
  • We recommend you apply as soon as possible because the number of host families is limited. This will help ensure the best placement for your individual needs. When a host family has been found, we immediately contact you by email, fax, or mail, and provide you with detailed information about the home.
  • A refund cannot be made once we start to look for a host family; however, if an available host cannot be found, your placement and processing fees will be completely refunded to you.
